Size exchanges

Wrong size? No stress. You can exchange any unworn hat with tags still attached within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are free — just reach out and we'll send the right size.

The fine print

• 30 days: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Unworn with tags: Hats must be unworn, unwashed, and have the tags attached.
• Sale items: Items bought on sale or with a discount code are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.

Wrong or damaged items

If we sent the wrong hat or yours arrived damaged, we'll replace it free of charge — no need to return the original. Send us a photo of the issue and we'll ship the replacement right away.
