Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Motor Dads ships to addresses within the United States. We're a US-only shop at launch, so we don't currently ship internationally.

Processing time

Orders are processed and packed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking information so you can follow it from our door to yours.

Shipping options

We keep shipping simple with flat rates on every US order:

• Standard Shipping — $8.95, delivered in 5–8 business days
• Free Shipping — free on all orders of $75 or more to the contiguous United States (5–8 business days)

Alaska and Hawaii ship at a flat rate of $24.95 (5–8 business days). Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

Every order leaves our California warehouse with tracking via a tracked carrier.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates once your order leaves our warehouse. Carriers can run late, especially around holidays. If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, check the Track My Order page or reach out and we'll look into it.

Wrong address or lost package

Double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't reroute a package once it's left our warehouse. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right.
