These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of motordads.com (the "Site") and purchases from Motor Dads ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site, and the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have a parent/guardian's permission) to make a purchase.

2. Products and Pricing

• Products are described as accurately as possible, including colors, which may vary by screen
• All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full

3. Promotions

From time to time we offer promotions such as "Buy 2, Get 1 Free." Unless stated otherwise: discounts apply automatically at checkout to eligible items (for Buy 2 Get 1 Free, the free item is the lowest-priced eligible hat); promotions cannot be combined with other discount codes; and we may modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time.

4. Orders and Payment

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we accept it when we confirm and process it
• We may cancel or limit any order for reasons including suspected fraud, inventory errors, or pricing mistakes, and will refund any payment collected
• You represent that any payment method you use is yours or you are authorized to use it

5. Shipping

Shipping options, rates, processing times, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. We ship within the United States only. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, designs, logos, and branding — is owned by Motor Dads or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

8. Reviews and Submissions

If you submit a product review or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with our business. You represent that your submission is your own honest experience and does not violate anyone's rights or any law.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; infringe anyone's rights; submit false or misleading information; interfere with the Site's operation; or scrape, copy, or misuse Site content or data.

10. Third-Party Links and Tools

The Site may link to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motor Dads and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Motor Dads from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us through our Contact page to try to resolve the dispute informally. Any dispute not resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis (no class actions), except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version here with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.

16. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Exchanges policy, are the entire agreement between you and Motor Dads regarding the Site.
